Internationally recognized chef Alain Bossé, also known as the “Kilted Chef” is back in Zurich from Canada from the 19th – 29th June! He is bringing a taste of the Atlantic to the Park Hyatt’s parkhuus Restaurant and together with Executive Chef, Frank Widmer, the pair will be cooking up a beautiful Canadian feast full of fresh seafood.
