This highly anticipated book will help you understand the impact of what we eat and how it affects the planet. Change starts in our own kitchens and with 70 delicious plant-based recipes, you will be inspired to make conscious decisions that affect everyone involved from the farm to your dining table.

At this event, Michelle will give an overview of the book, answer all your burning questions related to food and sustainability and share some insights about the book writing process. This will be followed by a delicious apéro including recipes from the book and food from Green Daga.

You can get your signed copy of the book at the event, and have your questions answered.

Space is limited, so please register via Birdhaus.
