Discover the success and failures of this female entrepreneur making her mark on Zurich.
Rea Eggli is a true serial entrepreneur. Her projects include a publishing firm (swissandfamous), the event series “Märli für Erwachsene” (Fairy Tales for Adults), a communications agency called eggliwintsch, as well as the arts-focused Eiger Foundation. She is also behind the bookstore Westflügel, located in Zurich’s trendy Im Viadukt market. You may already be familiar with www.wemakeit.com, currently Switzerland’s most successful crowdfunding platform for creatives. Rea is behind that project, too.
Today #letsmuseeum commands most of Rea’s attention. The cultural startup concerns experienced coaches and guides engaged in storytelling; proving that new audiences can be inspired to take part in museum and city tours, and via organized workshops learn about topics of importance.
Join this Guest Speaker event at the American Women’s Club of Zurich where Rea will discuss some of her lessons learned and reflect on 20 years of entrepreneurship. The presentation will be followed by a question & answer session and Apéro which includes a glass of Prosecco with your registration fee.
