Lunch is The New Dinner at George

With the new norms from the government dinner at restaurants has definitely been cancelled, but there is still a chance to have lunch!

George is organising a new X-Mas 3-course lunch menu, from 11:30 to 19:00.

Menu:

  • Consommé Double served with pancake strips OR Burrata OR Tomato jam, Taggiasca olives, rocket and homemade focaccia barese
  • Cut of the Day or Catch of the Day served with potato puree, seasonal vegetables and one sauce of your choice; sauce béarnaise, creamy pepper sauce, herb butter, red wine sauce, BBQ sauce or truffle mayonnaise OR Tagliatelle served with truffle velouté and Perigord truffle
  • Pear Tarte Tatin served with homemade mountain pepper-vanilla ice cream

CHF 50 per person.
