Chalet Züriberg” on the terrace of the Sorell Hotel Zürichberg opens its doors to cheese fondue and fondue chinoise lovers.
The cheese for the fondues comes from Hof Guldenberg in Embrach, which is operated by the Lienhard family. The family cares about the quality of their products. Their cows are also fed with potatoes and milked without milking machines. For the “Züri Plättli” and the Fondue Chinoise only Swiss meat from the butcher Ziegler in Zurich is used.
