Inspired by nature and art, Pascale Cornu aims to make fashion easy and accessible for everyone.  “Simple yet functional”, her designs are all made with delicate detail and care. We look forward to her SS18 collection, inspired by a trip in Rajasthan she did in 2014, invites her clients to travel off the beaten path.
We caught up with Pascale to learn a bit more about what makes her tick…

GG: What, or who, inspired you to enter the field of work you are in now?
Pascale Cornu: I read the book, Chanel and Her World by Edmonde Charles-Roux – it is so inspiring.

GG: Tell us about your latest projects…what are you working on at the moment?
Pascale Cornu: I’m working on a collaboration for a new label : collective works with two very creative friends – our first production is a quilted jacket. I’m also working on the Aw18 collection.


GG: Tell us something most people don’t know about you?
Pascale Cornu: My favorite place in the world is home.

GG: What are some favorite beauty products you cannot live without?
Pascale Cornu: Avene cream, a solid shampoing and a Lancôme mascara.

Local Tips

GG: Tell us about you out on the town…any favorite restaurants or boutiques that we should check out?
Pascale Cornu: I went to the Tribeka district in Zürich last summer, I love it – there are so many nice shops and restaurants in a small area.

GG: Favorite restaurant/cafe in Zurich?
Pascale Cornu: Marktkueche


GG: How do you keep organized?
Pascale Cornu: I make lists every day.

GG: What is your favorite inspirational quote?
Pascale Cornu: “Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it, the time will pass anyway” – Earl Nightingale


GG: Favorite blogger to follow? food/fashion/news?
Pascale Cornu: The blog Heju is filled with deco diy and lifestyle which always inspires me to create!

GG: What advice would you give to your younger self?
Pascale Cornu: Have less, do more, be more. Always remember why you started.
