Landesmuseum
Embrace Switzerland…from the exterior, Landesmuseum looks like a castle, which is perfectly suiting, as the interior is filled with treasures showcasing Swiss history and culture. Their permanent collection displays over 820,000 objects signifying Swiss religion, military, politics, handicrafts, home décor and traditional garments. Admission from 10CHF with free entry for children under 16. The museum is open Tuesday – Sunday and until 7pm on Wednesdays. Visit at Christmastime and following your Swiss immersion, enjoy the quaint ice skating rink in the museum courtyard.
