Autumn Day Retreat

posted on | updated on | by Zuri Girl

Let’s celebrate the change of season by listening to our bodies, tuning into our souls, creating rituals with our hands & eating a seasonal brunch. Join a day to Nourish!

The full day event will focus on

– Body…via a soothing practice of yin yoga with breath & meditation. This practice will allow you to take the time to slow down, checking in with how your body and mind feels.

– Brunch…a plant based seasonal meal. Think blackberries, apple crumble, fig and pear salads. Warming salads of roast pumpkin, spinach and pine nuts. To top it off decadent chocolate bean brownies!

– Create…attendees may make their own personal aromatherapy spray & bath soak while learning which essential oils bring healing, relaxation and invigoration.

– Soul…a guided sound healing connecting to your soul, going back to your raw self and discovering possibilities.

The day is led by 2 Aussie girls loving life through learning, connecting and sharing!
