What we love: Leave all inhibitions behind when joining this class. All participants, caregivers included, are encouraged to join in. An hour filled with singing, dancing and musical instruments, what’s not to love?!?! Cezanne Winter’s 18 year’s experience and love for music and children shines through as she leads babies, toddlers and caregivers on a musical holiday.

Who: Well Mama – Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness

Where: Thawil and Rüschlikon Strandbad

When: Indoors Mondays 9-10 and Thursdays 10.15-11.15 | Outdoors Wednesday 9.30-10.30

What we love: Pre-and Postnatal trainings for mamas staying strong and healthy. Viviane Höger will tailor a program just for you. Especially great for new moms not yet ready to leave baby, she welcomes all babies to her classes. A mother of two, she understands all the confusion, pain and mixed feelings that come with a new baby and she gently leads you to heal so you are ready to begin living life again. We especially love there is child care provided for a small fee at the indoor location!

Zuri Girl Tip: Receive a 10% discount when booking an 8-week indoor course before December 2017 or attend 8 outdoor classes and get 2 free when mention you read about her in Girlfriends Guide to Zurich!

Who: Tiny Talk

Where: Thalwil, Horgen, Waedenswil

When: Thalwil & Wädenswil 9.30-10.30 & Horgen 10-11

What we love: Teaching children to sign can help with trantrums. Before babies are able to talk, they still want to communicate, and by learning sign language they can! A class filled with music, laughter and games, babies watch and learn as the fun happens around them. And not only do the babies pick up sign language, parents are encouraged to use the signs at home. At the end of class, coffee, tea and tasty snacks are offered to both babies and parents so social hour is not just for the kids!
