The Creative Café

What happens when two unlikely friends meet and share a common interest…well, in this case a new business is established!

CreativeCafe_FoundersJulie from J Blume Bags Tags and More and Rachel from Seize the Stamp are pleased to share their passions for handmade crafts and creativity involving stamps, buttons, tape and so much more at their new business in Thalwil: The Creative Café.

Here’s what we love about The Creative Café:

The Cards

Why buy a generic greeting card when you can purchase one (for essentially the same price) that has been handmade with passion and creativity. Take it a step further and you’ll find card making kits that offer one pre-made card and all the supplies to make additional cards yourself!

CreativeCafe_BagsThe Bags & Furniture

J Blume makes adorable tote bags that are made of durable materials (think plastic table cloth fabric) which make a perfect gift, or summer beach bag.

Also, all the furniture you see in the shop is refurbished brocki pre-loved items designed into creative children’s furniture and more by Jamais Vu.

CreativeCafe_CraftSuppliesThe Supplies

Eager to dip your toes into the creative waters? The Creative Café offers hundreds of crafting supplies at reasonable prices, including rubber stamps, colorful inks, gorgeous papers, ribbons, buttons, washi tape and everything else imaginable to make your creative dreams run wild.

CreativeCafe_Monthly WorkshopsThe Workshops

Once a month you can sign up for workshops such as holiday themed card making, or even kids craft parties. Keep an eye on their website and if you have an idea for a private party….just ask!

These picnic baskets for two are simply adorable, complete with plastic utensils and Champagne flutes…there’s also adorable sewing kits, children’s adventure and paper doll kits. The Creative Cafe is buzzing with adorable and very unique – all handmade – gift ideas for any occasion!
